In the Control Room and across the WMT network , Worldline are working to deliver our Integrale platform to create a virtual control function , connecting operational staff across multiple locations to a real-time view of the current or evolving position of the daily train service . Looking forward , WMT will also benefit from further investment in planning and traincrew rostering , to deliver a fully integrated set of systems across their entire operational business .
Worldline ’ s investment in the Integrale suite spans 10 years , from initial deployment with Cross Country Trains . We deliver solutions to multiple operators in the UK and beyond , aimed at improving visibility of the emerging train plan and enabling better decision making . This helps deliver an enhanced customer experience by keeping the Time Promise™ - minimising the impact of disruption and driving on-time service delivery .
