What Caliber is building in its place pairs the national repair network with digital coordination, advanced diagnostics and calibration capability, glass and mobile service and centralized support. Mobile and on-demand capacity is expanding in particular, because a good deal of work can be performed closer to where vehicles operate— reducing disruption and shortening return-to-service times.
The business line is already in market. Caliber Fleet Solutions was a Platinum sponsor at Samsara Beyond in Las Vegas in June, running live demonstrations of the coordination platform for fleet operators, with further capability planned as fleet requirements evolve.
Consumers, insurers, OEMs and fleet operators now expect repair providers to deliver not only high-quality workmanship but also real-time visibility into repair progress and coordination across multiple services and markets. These shifts present Caliber with both a challenge and an opportunity, driving investment in technology-enabled solutions, operational integration, and expanded service capabilities.
