“ 2025 has been a year of change, process improvements, and implementation,” he says.“ Earlier this year, we declared our Safety Management System( SMS) fully operational with the FAA, which helps us to stay ahead of the industry’ s requirements and ensure that we substantially reduce our risk and liability for ourselves and our customers. We also implemented a new ERP software program that is much more adaptable and will grow alongside the business. Lastly, we’ re working to finalize an internally developed AI maintenance aid and working with a new AIbased business partner for pre-planning and risk management.
“ Through more than a decade of dedication and hard work, Xtreme is well positioned to expand and solidify our position as an industry leader in MRO Services,” Luis concludes.“ We have a talented and dedicated workforce, incredible business partners, and a strong corporate culture. With our existing growth plans for 2026 and beyond, we expect to use our energy, talents, and strengths to support each customer with the‘ boutique’ feel that any operator would be eager to receive.” ■
